  • How are you different from other reverse recruiters?


    Reverse Recruiting Agency operates on a success-fee basis, so our goal is to find you a job as quickly as possible. Other reverse recruiters operate purely on a monthly fee basis, with an incentive to keep you as a client longer. Our outreach system is highly efficient and technically complex.   • How does your success fee structure work?


    Our success fee model consists of two parts: 


    1) A success fee of 10% of your first-year salary, paid only upon successful placement, and 

    2) A monthly fee of $1,500-2,500. Upon securing a role, the first month's fee is refunded.


    The monthly fee can be refunded within 30 days if you're not satisfied with our service. 


    This structure ensures we're fully aligned with your success and paid for our effort.

  • What exactly is included in your service package?


    Our Essential packages include:

  • How quickly can I expect to see results?


    Our average time to first interview is 16-23 days from starting our program. Our average placement time is 2.5 months over the past year.


    We'll start applying to jobs within 3 days and complete your resume edits in 5 days. 


    By week two, we begin aggressive outreach with up to 100 applications and follow-ups with 9 contacts per company. 

  • What makes your service different from traditional recruiters?


    Unlike traditional recruiters who work for employers, we work exclusively for you. Other reverse recruiters do job apps but hardly any follow-up. We handle the entire job search process - from optimizing your materials to applying and following up. Our proven system of contacting 9 people per company and submitting up to 100 applications weekly maximizes your chances of success.


  • Do you offer any guarantees?


    Yes, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee on our monthly fee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll refund your monthly fee. Additionally, you'll be able to access real-time updates on your search, detailing all applications, follow-ups, and scheduled interviews.


    You will know by day 30 if this is working or not. Not to be blunt, but we cannot guarantee jobs because we cannot interview for you.


  • What happens if I find a job through my own network?


    If you secure a job on your own, our fee does not apply, and you can still use the resume & LinkedIn we created for you!

  • What industries do you specialize in?


    We work across various industries but have particular expertise in technology, engineering, finance, healthcare, cybersecurity and professional services. Our proprietary application and follow-up system has proven effective across different sectors and career levels.


  • Can I pause or cancel the service?


    Yes, you can pause or cancel our service at any time. The monthly fee is charged on a month-to-month basis, and there's no long-term commitment required. Remember, the first 30 days are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.


  • Is your fee tax deductible? Can I use your service for unemployment claims?

    Yes, many clients use RRA for substantiating unemployment job search requirements. We provide a live dashboard and Gmail account which shows how many applications we submit, in your name, so it looks as if you have done it yourself. 


  • What's your average placement rate?


    Our average placement time is 2.5 months over the past year and 50% of candidates find jobs in 3 months.


    Our 'north star' metric is quality interviews. We cannot guarantee placement as we cannot interview for you. 


    All clients, even those who have struggled tremendously on their own or with competitors, see 2-4 interviews per month, at minimum. Most see 2-6 per week.

  • How personal is your service?


    Very. We only have 20 clients at a time. Our competitors have 100+. Alex is your main point of contact. Kuldeep is our COO. You will not be just thrown into a system but receive highly personal attention.
