    Reverse Recruiting Agency operates on a success-fee basis, so our goal is to find you a job as quickly as possible. 


    Most other reverse recruiters operate largely on a monthly fee basis, or with a limited guarantee, with an incentive to keep you as a client longer


    Our outreach system is highly efficient, highly personalized and technically complex. Most reverse recruiters do this manually. 


    We are boutique, only supporting 20-25 clients at a time. You work directly with the founder, Alex, for no additional cost.
