RRA provides reverse recruiting services including job application management, outreach coordination, interview tracking, and career coaching through our online dashboard. Our services are designed to assist job seekers in their employment search.

2. Account Registration

To use our dashboard, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Connected Services

Our dashboard allows you to connect third-party services including Gmail, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn. By connecting these services, you authorize RRA to access and use data from these services as described in our Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of delivering our recruiting services.

You may disconnect any third-party service at any time through your dashboard settings or through the third-party service's own settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes related to your job search. You agree not to:

- Provide false or misleading information

- Use our services to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages outside the scope of professional job search outreach

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

- Use our services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the RRA dashboard are owned by Reverse Recruiting Agency and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are as agreed upon in your individual service agreement with RRA. Payment terms, refund policies, and service guarantees are outlined in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

RRA provides job search assistance but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will cease accessing your connected third-party accounts. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
